Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Return Window & Eligibility

We want you to treasure every piece you acquire from Kraft Treasure. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receipt.

Because our collection consists of authentic, handmade tribal crafts, minor variations in color, natural wood/bamboo grain, and hand-woven texture are natural signatures of artisan craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

2. Damaged or Broken Items During Transit

In the rare event that your product is damaged during transit:

1. Take clear photos and a brief unboxing video of the damaged item and outer packaging.
2. Email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@krafttreasures.com or WhatsApp +91 93944 88506 with your order ID.
3. Our team will arrange a free reverse pickup or immediate replacement dispatch upon verification.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are non-returnable unless received in a damaged condition:

• Custom-crafted or personalized heritage artifacts
• Clearance or final-sale archive pieces
• Personal adornment items such as traditional headgear or body ornaments for hygiene reasons

4. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received at our Arunachal Pradesh hub and passes quality verification, your refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
